Power and heat from Natural Gas
Natural gas is a mixture of different combustible gases. While primarily formed by methane, it can also include ethane, propane, butane and carbon dioxide. Normally, natural gas has smaller levels of pollutants than biogas, but it can contain also hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen, fluoride and oxygen.
Cleanergy´s natural gas CHP engine is a combined heat and power engine designed for stationary, continuous operation. The engine is fueled with natural gas of any specification. The power capacity of the unit, 2-9 kW electrical power and 8-26 kW thermal power makes it suitable to power and heat facilities, such as apartment buildings, hotels, community facilities, small factories, swimming pools, greenhouses or similar.
